Unyted Rings are posted from Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. Our rings come with a ring pouch and box, so your ring can be safe in your pocket ready for a romantic proposal, or presented in a more traditional ring box.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Unyted's entire range. If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you find that your ring doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return by contacting us.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your Unyted ring must meet the following criteria:
The ring must be in its original condition.
No questions asked returns within 30 days of receiving your ring.
After 30 days of receiving your ring, returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Easy Return Process
Returning your ring is simple:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the ring back to us.
- Pack your ring in its original box, along with any accessories and send back to Unyted.
- Upon receiving your returned ring, we will process your refund or exchange, typically within 7 business days.
Refund or Exchange
You have two options:
Refund: If you choose a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for your order.
Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly help you select a different ring or size. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
